The third sensational Rotary Garden DesignFest will take place on, the weekend of November 15 and 16, 2008 exhibiting over 20 superbly designed gardens by some of Melbourne's most acclaimed garden designers.

The gardens will be open from 10.00am till 4.30pm.

All the gardens have been planned and delivered by professional garden designers around Melbourne who have sought their respective property owner’s permission to open the gardens for display to firstly help lift the awareness of Rotary’s selected charities and secondly raise much needed money.

Designers and their staff will be on hand at their respective gardens to chat to the public - a great way to meet these talented professionals, discuss your design needs and obtain all the relevant information you may need to create or improve your garden.

The Chairman of this festival is John Patrick, a well-known media identity. Mr Patrick confirms that 100% of the net proceeds of the festival will go to the charities selected by the Rotary Club of Kew.  He said “Rotary is all about service above self and there is no better way to serve for most of us than by providing much needed funds to help change people’s lives for the better”.
